Comfrey Herbal Salve

Comfrey is one of my all time favorite herbs! I have used this as an herbal salve for years, but it wasn't until my daughter pulled her hamstring that I started to look closer at this herb. Comfrey aides in the healing of wounds and reduces inflammation from sprains and broken bone. I added Roman Chamomile essential oil to the infused oil to help treat the pain as it began to heal. Two months later, my mother in law fell and broke her arm. She used the comfrey salve and was able to feel the affects almost immediately. Needless to say, this salve stays in my herbal cabinet!

Our comfrey salve is a sweet almond oil base. We combine with organic beeswax to bring you the purest herbs. Nothing else is added!

Comfrey roots and leaves contain allantoin, a substance that helps new skin cells grow, along with other substances that reduce inflammation and keep skin healthy.
